Introduction

UNIMAS is fully committed to ensure all academics to gain the relevant knowledge, skills and expertise to perform their work consistently at high standard and to achieve their full potential in teaching and learning. Nurturing excellent educators is one of the commitments of the university towards excellence in education and training. Thus, in ATU, we provide trainings and development or our academics towards enhancing the performance and achievements.

SCOPE

Trainings are provided not only by CALM, but also from other Faculties or Centers. All academics staffs of UNIMAS irrespective of their employment status, function, grade or location are welcome to join the training. These opportunities are provided throughout the year due to their needs in teaching and learning skills, theories and practicals.

ATU’s play important part to coordinate CALM’s courses that focus on Teaching and Learning. Besides, ATU provide approval for other Faculties or Centers to organize their workshops related to their needs.
